We serve all of Utah, with primary coverage along the Wasatch Front including Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden, and Logan. We also serve St. George, Cedar City, Tooele, and rural Utah locations.

How long does a typical installation take?

A standard single-aisle installation typically takes 1-2 days. Larger projects are scoped individually. We provide a detailed timeline with every quote.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Rocky Mountain Warehouse Solutions is fully licensed in Utah and carries comprehensive general liability and workers compensation insurance. Certificates available on request.

What is teardrop-style racking?

Teardrop racking refers to the teardrop-shaped holes punched into the upright columns. It is the most common pallet rack style in North America and allows tool-free beam height adjustment.

What upright heights do you carry?

We stock teardrop uprights in 96", 144", 192", and 240" heights. Custom heights are available by special order.

Can I mix new and used racking?

Yes, as long as the components are compatible (same hole pattern and beam connector style). We inspect all used components before recommending them for mixed systems.

What is the load capacity of your racking?

Load capacity varies by upright gauge, beam size, and configuration. We provide engineered load capacity labels for every installation. Typical selective rack systems range from 2,000 to 8,000 lbs per pallet position.

Do you sell cantilever racking?

Yes. Our cantilever racking starts at $1,495 per bay and is ideal for lumber, pipe, carpet, and other long or irregularly shaped items.

How do I get a price quote?

Do you offer financing?

Safety & Compliance

How often should racking be inspected?

ANSI/RMI MH16.1 recommends a formal inspection at least annually, plus informal visual checks by trained staff weekly. After any forklift impact, inspect immediately.

What happens if a rack is damaged?

Damaged racking should be taken out of service immediately. Do not attempt to repair with non-OEM parts. Contact us for a same-day emergency repair assessment.

Do you provide load capacity signs?

Yes. Every installation includes ANSI/RMI-compliant load capacity placards posted at the end of each aisle.
